My name is Emily Graves! I am an art student at Seattle Pacific University. I am originally from Denver, Colorado, and like to spend my time hiking and doing photography! Ever since I can remember, I have loved being able to share the beautiful things I saw with others around me. Art has been a great way that I have been able to show a small slice of the beauty of the world through my eyes with all the people in my life. I enjoy using and experimenting with all different types of mediums and bringing together my love of time and digital art. I hope you find enjoyment in my artwork because it brings me a lot of joy and I believe that the center of our lives should always be joy.
ARTIST STATEMENT: I like to create artwork that captures beautiful moments in time forever. My Artwork leans towards a lot of digital mediums, including photography, graphic design, and animation. I love to explore what it means to be human and find beauty in mundane things. I would consider my artwork to be on the more fun, realistic side. I like to work with organic shapes and nature to create new perspectives that everyone might not see. I look forward to learning and growing in my techniques and personal style of artwork and photography.
